Greetings Imagine Bella Families,

In my time working at Imagine Bella Academy, I have been able to grow as an educator in several roles, most recently as Assistant Principal. As we kick off the 2023-2024 school year, I, Mrs. Sarah Myers, am honored to serve as the next Principal for Imagine Bella Academy of Excellence. Our school provides a family-like environment where as an Imagine Organization and campus the whole child’s needs are considered including a focus on character education, academic growth, and social emotional learning through mindfulness.

Our school will continue our foundational practices and shared values which have led us to be recognized for a Promising Practice, Ohio School of Character, ODE Quality School designation, and as a top performer in academic growth. In addition to the foundational practices, our vision is to work towards establishing robust community partnerships, equipping educators with opportunities to advance their skills, engaging families in authentic volunteer opportunities, and evaluating our inclusion of the Science of Reading to support the growth of all our scholars to be strong readers!

As a member of the Imagine Bella Family for the past 13 years, I am committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment for all students. As I embark on serving the Imagine Bella community in this new capacity, I look forward to working collaboratively to elevate our school to new heights of achievement, innovation, and success.

Mr. Dutt will continue to support our campus in his new role as Regional Director, as he will share his time and expertise between our campus and our sister Imagine campuses in Akron. We look forward to how this collaboration will share best practices throughout our Imagine family to impact more students and bring back strategies from other schools to support our continued growth towards excellence. Within our campus, Mrs. Veris will serve as our school’s Assistant Principal and Academic Coach (focus grades 4-6) and Ms. Totty will serve as Academic Coach (focus grades K-3).

Imagine Bella is truly a special place and our school community is enriched through each student, parent, and educator who have been part of our journey thus far. I will be available throughout the summer during our office hours (Monday-Friday 9am-1pm) and look forward to seeing you at our Meet and Greet on August 15th.
